Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified, detail-oriented Industrial Contractor Project Manager/Construction Estimator to join our dedicated team in Spartanburg, SC. This hybrid role will require the candidate to split time between on-site activities and remote responsibilities. The Project Manager/Construction Estimator will be responsible for estimating costs, creating budgets, and ensuring the timely completion of construction projects.

This position requires collaboration with other project managers, architects, and subcontractors to provide accurate cost projections and analysis. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of construction methodologies, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Industrial Contractor Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Estimate costs and create budgets for construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and other project managers to develop accurate project estimates.
• Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they are aligned with the established timeline and budget.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members to address concerns and provide updates.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and construction regulations.
• Prepare reports and documentation to track project metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager/Construction Estimator or similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency with construction estimating software.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
